MEET THE TEAM
Plateau Garage Doors was founded near Deerlodge Tennessee, in 2006. In 2016, current owners, Sylvan Mazelin and his nephew Kyle Mazelin, purchased Plateau Garage Doors and moved it to the little community of Muddy Pond near Monterey, Tennessee. Sylvan brought 30 years of general construction expertise to the company. He can give great advice of issues that homeowners and contractors are facing regarding garage doors. Kyle brought some construction background and also piecework experience which helps us organize to better serve our customers needs.
Since 2016, we have expanded significantly, but the owners are still very hands-on. Sylvan spends most of his time installing new garage doors and repairing existing ones that need expert help! Kyle is not full-time, but is still involved and helps make decisions.
